Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting and using any of the Zyrex Bots Discord bots ("the Bots"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Bots. These Terms apply to all users of the Bots, including server owners, administrators, moderators, and members.

2. Description of Service

Zyrex Bots provides Discord bots that offer various features including but not limited to:

• Server security and anti-raid protection
• Moderation and auto-moderation tools
• Music playback and audio streaming
• Server management and utility features
• Custom commands and automation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Bots, you agree to:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Use the Bots only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the Bots
• Not use the Bots to harass, spam, or harm other users
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Bots
• Not use the Bots to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Maintain the security of your Discord server and bot permissions

4. Bot Permissions

Our Bots require certain permissions to function properly. By inviting a Bot to your server, you grant it the necessary permissions to perform its intended functions. You are responsible for managing bot permissions within your server. We recommend granting only the minimum permissions required for the features you intend to use.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Bots to spam, flood, or disrupt Discord servers
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or abuse bot features
• Using the Bots for illegal activities or to distribute illegal content
• Impersonating the bot developer or Zyrex Bots staff
• Selling, renting, or redistributing bot access without authorization
• Using the Bots to collect user data for unauthorized purposes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to bot systems or databases

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Bots, including but not limited to code, design, graphics, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Zyrex Bots and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Bots without explicit written permission.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Bots will be available at all times. The Bots may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Bots are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss, server issues, or Discord platform changes
• We are not liable for actions taken by users or third parties using the Bots
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for premium features

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Bots immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. You may terminate your use of the Bots at any time by removing them from your Discord server. Upon termination, your right to use the Bots will immediately cease.

10. Premium Features

Some Bots may offer premium features or subscriptions. Payment terms, refund policies, and feature availability will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Premium features are non-transferable and subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing and features at any time.

11. Discord Terms Compliance

Our Bots are built on the Discord platform and are subject to Discord's Terms of Service, Developer Terms of Service, and Developer Policy. By using our Bots, you also agree to comply with all Discord policies and guidelines. Any violation of Discord's terms may result in termination of bot access.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Bots after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zyrex Bots, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Bots, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Bots shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or appropriate legal channels.
